The purpose of the conference is to exchange experience and identify modern scientific directions in the field of dynamics of technical and technological systems, covering the fundamental principles of mechanics, dynamics and tribology, problems of nonlinear dynamics and synergetics in technical systems, problems of mechanics of heterogeneous and composite materials, as well as fundamental principles of system analysis , mathematical modeling and information processing in the study of technical and technological systems. The conference is aimed at further integrating the efforts of scientists, technologists and designers for the creation, implementation and industrial use of the latest achievements of science and high-tech technologies at enterprises in various branches of mechanical engineering, including enterprises of the defense complex and other industries.

All scientific articles undergo mandatory double anonymous ("double-blind") peer review and check for unauthorized borrowing (plagiarism). The review process takes up to 1.5 weeks. Each manuscript is sent to two reviewers. The review is carried out objectively. Any manuscript received for review must be considered a confidential document. Each reviewer has the right to refuse to review in the event of an obvious conflict of interest that may affect the perception and interpretation of the manuscript.

The purpose of the conference was to exchange experience and identify modern scientific developments in the field of research of technical and technological systems, covering the fundamentals of mechanics, dynamics and tribology, as well as problems of nonlinear dynamics and synergy in technical systems. problems of mechanics of heterogeneous and composite materials, as well as the fundamentals of system analysis, mathematical modeling and information processing.
Due to the difficult epidemiological situation associated with COVID-19, the conference was held online using ZOOM technology. Conference sections were localized in Russia, Serbia and Vietnam. In total, the conference was attended by more than 400 participants from eleven countries: Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Serbia, USA, Vietnam, Finland, Great Britain. Both famous scientists and students, undergraduates and young researchers were present.
Scientific reports were presented at the conference in the following sections:
1. Fundamentals of mechanics, dynamics and tribology of machines.
2. Nonlinear dynamics and applied synergetics in technical systems.
3. Issues of creation and mechanics of heterogeneous and composite materials.

The conference was opened by the vice-rector for scientific work of DSTU Oleg Olegovich Polushkin, the scientific secretary of the conference Alexander Dmitrievich Lukyanov, the head of the Department of Scientific Research Maxim Sergeevich Minkin.
The purpose of the conference was to exchange experience and identify modern scientific developments in the field of research of technical and technological systems, covering the fundamentals of mechanics, dynamics and tribology, as well as problems of nonlinear dynamics and synergy in technical systems, problems of mechanics of heterogeneous and composite materials, as well as the fundamentals of system analysis, mathematical modeling and information processing.
Scientific reports were presented at the conference in the following sections:
1. Fundamentals of mechanics, dynamics and tribology of machines.
2. Nonlinear dynamics and applied synergetics in technical systems.
3. Issues of creation and mechanics of heterogeneous and composite materials.

Problems of mechanics of heterogeneous and composite materials.
Dynamics of technological systems, objects and processes of mechanical engineering production.
Nonlinear methods in system analysis, management and information processing.
241 authors took part in the conference in person or in absentia with 139 reports, representing 18 educational, scientific and industrial organizations from 10 countries.
More than 30 reports were prepared as part of grants from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
Also held within the framework of the conference:
a seminar aimed at explaining the provisions for preparing applications and reports for grants from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (lead by A.S. Voronov), which was attended by more than 100 people from 6 universities in the Rostov region;
public lecture (in English) by a leading specialist in the field of development and testing of algorithms and programs for FPGAs, professor at the University of Tehran Zainalabedin Navabi. This lecture was attended by more than 80 specialists, students and young scientists.
